Empowerment through Awareness: A Special Session with Ms. Teena Cherian

In commemoration of International Women’s Day, we recently hosted an insightful and impactful session titled "Building the Future - Empowerment through Awareness" for our women employees. The session was led by the distinguished Ms. Teena Cherian, Founder President of Jenika Foundation and a veteran legal practitioner with over 30 years of experience. Ms. Teena, an accredited mediator with the Supreme Court of India and a recipient of the 2023 Women's Manifesto Award, shared her profound expertise on legal rights, workplace safety, and support systems for women.





The event featured a heartfelt prayer by Dr. Geethika, an opening address by Dr. Sreekala, and concluded with a special felicitation of the speaker by Dr. Sreekala and HR manager Ms. Maya George. The proceedings were coordinated by Dr. Chintuja J P, who served as the Master of Ceremonies (MC), and the event concluded with a formal vote of thanks by Ms. Indu (Assistant Manager, Microbiology). The program wrapped up leaving our team feeling empowered, informed, and inspired to build a more equitable future.
