Incorporation of Modern Technology in Manufacture
The factory manufactures Classical Products like Medicated Oils, Leham, Ghritham, Anjanam, Gulikas etc. Research is carried out to incorporate modern technology in the Process of manufacture of these products. Extracting the medicinal herbs under pressure and concentrating the extract under vacuum are some of the newer technologies adopted to increase production volume and improve Quality of medicines
Development of new Proprietary & Patent Products
Our parent organization Sreedhareeyam Ayurvbedic Hospital and Research centre is specialized in the treatment of eye disorders. To complement this, the Product Research activities also focus on the development of new Proprietary & Patent Products like Sterile Eye Drops, Hard Gelatin Capsules, Tablets etc based on formula described in Classical Ayurvedic texts.
Development of Analytical procedures
To estimate the quality of Raw Materials & Finished products, the Research activities also focus on the development of analytical procedures, to determine the quality of Raw Materials and estimate the purity of Finished Products.
